Our story
When the 2030 vision was launched it inspired the creative pioneers to fill the industry gaps with ideas and aspirational projects. Roaya saw and sought an opportunity within the real estate market, which was neglecting quality of life and entertainment. Roaya was established in 2018 as a Saudi Limited Liability Company ready to transform the real estate industry starting from the Eastern province by providing real estate development consultations and comprehensive operation and supervision services, to capitalize on assets and raise their values.
Our consultancy is derived from lesson-learned, hands-on experience in real-world projects working in facility management, property management, and quality of life.
